One-time Investment

Cast marble panels and pans are solid, permanently sealed, and groutless. That means easy cleaning, less maintenance, and fewer worries about cracked pans, hidden leaks, and material failure across a large unit count.

  • ✓ Reduced risk
  • ✓ Elevated design for Class A properties
  • ✓ Lightning-fast turnovers
  • ✓ Less maintenance costs

What are Cast Marble Showers?

Mincey cast marble shower systems deliver the rich, premium aesthetic of real stone and tile without the vulnerabilities of grout or fragile fiberglass shells. The material is a mixture of locally sourced ground marble, pigment, and polyester resin. We pour the mixture into custom-made molds designed and manufactured at our own facility. Once the marble has cured, it's removed from the mold and placed into custom crates.

  • ✓ Solid: Durable stone composite panels (1/4" thick) and shower pans (1.5" thick) that resist staining and cracking.
  • ✓ Gainesville, GA Manufactured: Proudly crafted in the United States with rigorous quality control standards.
  • ✓ Nonporous Wall Panels: Eliminates vulnerable grout lines where water and mold typically infiltrate.

No professional restoration needed

Watch how easily cast marble handles deep cleanings without costly contractor intervention.

Cast marble resists tough stains permanently, and for extreme cases, a simple wipe with lacquer thinner restores the surface instantly.

Engineering Integrity

Your Shower's Foundation

Why the hidden support beneath the shower floor makes or breaks your project lifespan.

High Risk

Fiberglass Showers

Hollow construction requiring makeshift support.

Fiberglass Pan Underside
  • ✕ Hollow Bottoms: Requires a wet-mortar mudbed.
  • ✕ Flex & Sag Fatigue: If mudbed not properly installed, floor can flex under weight, causing hairline cracks and subfloor leaks.
Industry Standard

Mincey Cast Marble Pans

Solid cast marble

Shower Pan Solid
  • ✓ Solid Engineered Mass: Heavy, rigid stone construction that doesn't flex or bow.
  • ✓ No Mudbed Needed: Installers simply set the heavy-duty pan onto the substrate and connect it to the plumbing.
Side-by-Side Breakdown

Cast Marble vs. Fiberglass

See how performance, aesthetics, and installation stack up.

Durability & Lifespan
Fiberglass
  • • Hollow bodies
  • • Increased risk of cracking, seepage
  • • More likely to break during construction
Mincey Cast Marble
  • • Solid crushed stone and resin
  • • Concrete-like consistency
  • • Designed for high-turn environments
Maintenance
Fiberglass
  • • Features a softer finish which harsher cleaners will ruin
  • • Deep stains often require professional restoration - costing time and money.
Mincey Cast Marble
  • • Easy to clean thanks to gel coat surface
  • • No professional restoration needs. For deep stains, use lacquer thinner and a soft bristle brush.
Installation & Labor
Fiberglass
  • • Requires a mudbed
  • • More opportunity for installation failure
